Exchange and Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days.
You can return any piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal. The full legal text and the model withdrawal form are on our Right of Withdrawal page.
How a return works
- Write to hello@parguli.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. A short message is enough; you may also use the model form.
- We confirm by email and send you the return address and instructions. We cover the return shipping.
- Send the piece back within 14 days of your message, ideally in its original packaging with the Parguli label attached.
- As soon as the piece reaches us, we refund the full purchase price including the original delivery costs, at the latest within 14 days, to the payment method you used. You pay no fees for the refund.
Condition of the returned piece
You may look at and try on the piece as you would in a shop. If it shows signs of use beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund.
Exchange
Would you prefer a different piece, size or colour? Write to hello@parguli.com. If the piece you want is in stock, we exchange it. Otherwise we refund and you simply order anew.
Damaged or faulty pieces
If your piece arrives damaged, or a defect appears later, write to hello@parguli.com with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping. Your statutory two-year warranty applies in full, see section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
Refund not arrived?
Refunds usually show within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If nothing has arrived after ten business days, write to hello@parguli.com and we will check.
