How long your piece takes
Every piece is enameled and finished by hand. Pieces in stock leave Berlin within 1–2 working days of your order. We do not dispatch on Sundays or on public holidays in Berlin.
Transit times after dispatch
- Germany: 1–2 business days.
- European Union: 3–6 business days.
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: 4–8 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.
- United States and Canada: 7–14 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.
So, from order to door
- Germany: usually 2–4 business days.
- European Union: usually 4–8 business days.
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: usually 5–10 business days.
- United States and Canada: usually 8–16 business days.
Every parcel travels insured with DHL. Shipping costs are listed on our Shipping page and shown again at checkout.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can follow it on DHL's parcel tracking page. If you have a customer account, the tracking number is also in your order details.
