About PARGULI

Ancient craft. Modern objects.

PARGULI is a Berlin-based jewelry brand built on one idea: a craft stays alive by being worn. We carry forward knowledge shaped by artisans for centuries and translate it into modern, minimal, wearable objects. Who we are stays. Only the form is new.

Our technique is minankari: fired enamel fused to sterling silver through heat, patience, and handwork. The craft is often known for color and ornament. We bring it into a quieter language: black enamel, clean silver, one precise form per piece.

The name is as plain as the work. Parguli is a Georgian word: it names a kind of jewelry. Not a metaphor, not an invention. The thing itself, named in the language of the craft.

The object is silent by design. The story behind it is centuries old. That distance is what we make.

Essential forms

One gesture per piece. Our shapes come from architecture: strong silhouettes, considered negative space, the contrast of polished and matte. Nothing decorative. Nothing extra.

Real fired enamel

Every piece is genuine fired enamel, kiln-fired at ~800°C and hand-finished. Never resin, never “cold enamel.” The depth of the surface is the proof: it holds light the way only fired enamel can.

Made by artisans

Each piece is made by hand in Georgia, where the artisan tradition reaches back centuries and the methods of this craft have survived almost unchanged. The people who make our pieces carry it in their hands, passed down through generations. Small batches, slow work, the same sequence of firing and finishing the craft has always demanded. Designed in Berlin.

These are objects, not accessories. Scale, weight, and edge are decided against the body: substantial in the hand, easy to wear every day. Made to outlast trend, and to be handed on.
