More than two thousand years ago, in ancient Colchis, people were laid to rest wearing their jewelry.

Earrings. Pendants. Diadems. Ornaments made by hands whose names disappeared long ago.

The people disappeared too.

The forms did not.

Across the centuries, materials changed. Techniques evolved. But the desire to turn metal into something meaningful remained.

In time, color found its place within metal, shaped by hand, filled with enamel, and fired to endure.

SHAVI begins with forms that survived from another age. We don't recreate them as they were.
