Where we ship

We ship from Berlin with DHL to Germany, every country in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States and Canada. Your country is not on the list? Write to hello@parguli.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping costs

  • Germany: free.
  • European Union: 15 € — free for orders from 200 €.
  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: 25 € — free for orders from 300 €. Import VAT and duties may be charged on arrival and are paid by the recipient.
  • United States and Canada: 30 € — free for orders from 500 €. Import taxes and duties may be charged on arrival and are paid by the recipient.

The shipping fee covers postage, packaging and transport insurance. It is shown again at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Pieces in stock leave us within 1–2 working days of your order. We do not dispatch on Sundays or on public holidays in Berlin. Transit times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days.
  • European Union: 3–6 business days.
  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: 4–8 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.
  • United States and Canada: 7–14 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.

If anything delays your order, we write to you.

Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can follow it on DHL's parcel tracking page. If you have a customer account, the tracking number is also in your order details.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may apply on arrival. These are not charged by us and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are payable by you to the customs or tax authority of the destination country. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive

The risk of loss or damage in transit is ours until the parcel is handed to you. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to hello@parguli.com. Keep the packaging and the piece as they arrived, and send us a photo if you can. We deal with DHL ourselves and send you a replacement or a refund. You do not need to make a claim with the carrier.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and the return is free of charge. Write to hello@parguli.com and we will sort it out. Details are on our Right of Withdrawal and Exchange and Returns pages.

Prices

All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business scheme), we do not charge value-added tax, and none is shown.
