Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the form below: enter your name, your order number and your email address, then confirm on the next step. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away, showing what you declared and the date and time we received it.
